Reports we prepare
- Arborist reports to support a council tree removal or pruning application
- Arboricultural impact assessments for development applications and CDCs
- Tree protection plans and site supervision during construction
- Tree risk assessments using QTRA and VALID methods
- Tree health and condition assessments
- Reports for insurers, strata and neighbour disputes
Why the qualification matters
Central Coast Council and Hornsby Shire Council both expect reports from an arborist qualified to at least AQF Level 5. A report from someone without that qualification can be rejected, which costs you time and money. QTRA and VALID are recognised tree risk methods that put a clear, defensible number on the risk a tree poses.
How it works
We inspect the tree on site, take measurements and photos, and assess its health, structure and risk. You get a clear written report, usually within a few working days, written for the people who'll read it. Our guide on arborist report costs and when you need one has more detail.
When to call us
- Council has asked for an arborist report
- You're lodging a DA or CDC with trees on or near the site
- You're worried a tree near the house is unsafe
- An insurer or strata committee needs an independent opinion
- You're in a dispute with a neighbour over a tree
