Hedges we look after
We regularly trim lilly pilly, murraya, viburnum, photinia, conifer screens and box hedges. We also cut back and remove running bamboo, which can spread well beyond where it was planted.
Taking the height down
If a hedge has grown well past what you wanted, we can reduce it in stages so it fills back in rather than leaving bare stems. Hedges along a shared boundary can also fall under the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act, and we're happy to talk through options before work starts.
Regular visits
Most screens look best with two or three trims a year. We can book you in on a regular cycle so it never gets out of hand again.
When to call us
- The hedge is too tall to trim from a ladder
- It's shading the garden or the neighbour's yard
- Gaps and bare patches are opening up
- Bamboo is spreading under the fence
